The Lead Cook role at Sodexo is a full-time position offering a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $25.00 per hour. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant cooking experience
- Willingness to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- Ability to read and follow food preparation instructions

- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Ensure a healthy and safe working environment for all team members
- Perform other duties assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
