Job Duties
- work closely with the Nutrition Content Area to ensure nutritious, visually appealing and tasty meals
- maintain a high degree of safety and sanitation in the kitchen and food service areas
- comply with local, state, and federal food preparation and storage guidelines
- perform accurate record keeping
- prepare meals according to nutritional standards
- monitor kitchen inventory and supplies
- assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
