As a food waste reducer and culinary craftsman, the Lead Cook combines culinary skills with a passion for excellent customer service to create nutritious and appealing meals. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to follow recipes and product preparation guidelines closely. The Lead Cook may also take on responsibilities such as managing a grill station, serving customers a la carte, and supporting management in overseeing daily kitchen operations.

- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned that differ among accounts based on business necessities and client requirements
