Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
3 to 4 years of relevant culinary experience preferred
ability to work weekday morning shifts
strong customer service skills
ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability to work well within a team environment

Job Duties

accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal business hours
attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
