Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of cooking experience
- ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- open availability preferred
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- adherence to food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned that differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
