This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26.19 to $27.84 per hour. The position is not remote and requires hands-on involvement in the preparation and quality control of food items. The primary responsibilities include preparing special meals and substituting ingredients as needed, regulating oven, grill, and rotisserie temperatures, and managing the thawing process of frozen foods in refrigerators. Monitoring portion sizes, food distribution, and presentation standards is essential, along with accurate record-keeping of food inventory and quality checks. Communication with kitchen management and Food and Beverage service staff is necessary to handle workload spikes, report excess food for daily specials, and inform about rejected products or available specials. This role also involves preparing cold dishes and helping with employee-related duties such as training assistance, scheduling, evaluations, discipline, motivation, and coaching. Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality, and anticipating guest service needs are vital aspects of the role. Physical activities include standing, walking, stretching, and safely handling objects up to 25 pounds. This position demands a cooperative spirit to maintain positive workplace relationships and uphold quality standards consistently. Job Duties
- Prepare special meals or substitute products as needed
- regulate oven, grill, and rotisserie temperatures
- remove food from freezer to thaw in refrigerator
- ensure proper portioning, distribution, and garnishing of meals
- keep accurate food records
- control quality and quantity of prepared food
- communicate assistance needs during busy periods

- notify Food and Beverage staff about rejected products and daily specials
- ensure food product quality
