Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years experience or training in hospitality and/or customer service preferred
  • Compassionate, patient and good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Must be able to greet and interact positively with residents and visitors
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Serve as the first point of contact for community inquiries and assistance
  • Provide personalized customer service tailored to the needs of each resident
  • Assist with coordinating community events and activities
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in the community lobby and common areas
  • Manage incoming communication and direct requests to appropriate departments
  • Act as a brand ambassador to represent Brandywine Living positively and uphold community standards
