Job Description

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a fast-growing, family-owned company proudly operating over 60 resort-style senior living communities across the United States. Committed to enhancing the lives of seniors, RLC embraces a service-centric approach that fosters a warm, welcoming, and respectful atmosphere for residents, their families, and staff. With a focus on core values such as Respect, Honesty, Kindness & Compassion, and Service Excellence, the organization has cultivated a culture that supports happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations. At RLC, working with seniors is not just a job; it is a meaningful calling that drives every team member to provide exceptional care and service.

The role of Lead Concierge at RLC plays a pivotal part in shaping the first impressions and daily experiences of residents and guests within the community. Serving as the welcoming face, the Lead Concierge is responsible for greeting residents, families, and visitors, providing valet parking, handling phone communications, and ensuring a seamless, hospitable environment throughout the community. This position is integral to the community leadership team, contributing toward the culture, operations, and enhancement of the resident experience.

The Lead Concierge must possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. They are expected to anticipate the needs of residents and guests to deliver personalized experiences that reflect the high standards of Resort Lifestyle Communities. Beyond front-desk duties, the role includes coordinating transportation services, managing guest suite reservations, supporting dining during peak times, helping with event set-ups, and supporting responsible alcohol service.

This full-time position follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and requires candidates to be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. The successful candidate will also be adept with technology, holding intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Working as Lead Concierge at RLC is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to lead and inspire through daily interactions while ensuring resident safety and community security. Lead Concierges participate actively in team meetings, collaborate on community initiatives, assist in training new concierge staff, and provide leadership coverage when managers are unavailable.

Resort Lifestyle Communities supports its employees with competitive compensation and robust benefits, including a $341 benefit stipend per pay period applicable towards health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, health savings accounts, accident and hospital indemnity plans, legal protections, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. The company fosters a supportive work environment within beautiful, resort-style communities where team members are empowered and valued.

For individuals with a servant-heart mindset seeking a rewarding role that offers personal and professional growth while making a tangible difference in the lives of seniors, the Lead Concierge position at RLC offers an exceptional career opportunity. Candidates who bring dedication, reliability, and a proactive approach will thrive and contribute meaningfully to RLC’s vision of hospitality and care excellence.
