The role of Lead Concierge at Beztak Senior Living is a pivotal position responsible for shaping the first and lasting impressions of the community. As a Lead Concierge, you will be the welcoming face to all residents and visitors, ensuring that everyone experiences courteous and professional service from the moment they enter. This role demands exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain calm and effective communication, even during high-pressure or challenging situations. A significant responsibility includes supervising and training supporting concierge associates, enabling seamless operations at the front desk and concierge station. The Lead Concierge also manages resident transportation scheduling and supports other community leaders such as the Executive Director and Business Office Manager as needed. The role requires a high degree of organization, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Job Requirements

  • One-year experience in the industry or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide training and supervision to staff
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Job Duties

  • Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensuring the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed
  • Maintaining knowledge of the Risk Management Binder
  • Treating all residents and guests to ensure their complete satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations
  • Providing training for new associates as appropriate
  • Scheduling resident transportation
  • Providing support to Executive Director and Business Office Manager as needed
  • Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and having effective interpersonal skills
