The Lead Concierge position at Avenue5 Residential plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and efficient atmosphere for residents, prospective residents, and guests. This role requires a skilled individual who can deliver outstanding customer service and manage various front desk and administrative duties that contribute to the smooth operation of the property. The Lead Concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting residents and visitors, managing phone communications, coordinating appointments for leasing associates, and providing miscellaneous resident services such as handling packages, preparing complimentary amenities, and maintaining office supplies.
In addition to front desk responsibilities, the Lead Concierge aids the maintenance team by processing and tracking work orders and ensuring the building and grounds are maintained safely and cleanly. This position is also involved in resident engagement by developing and implementing activities tailored to the demographics of the property, as well as handling communications related to property events and services. A proactive approach in preparing emergency plans and conducting drills is essential for this role, ensuring resident safety and compliance with all company policies and governmental regulations.

Job Duties
- Greets and escorts prospective residents to the leasing office
- answers incoming calls, places outgoing calls, and schedules appointments for leasing associates
- offers and provides information and assistance to residents, prospective residents, suppliers, contractors, office staff, and management as needed
- prepares complimentary services, such as snacks and drinks
- accepts and delivers packages to residents and property staff
- ensures supplies are stocked and places orders when needed
- develops and implements resident activities appropriate for the demographics of the property
