Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to valet park vehicles safely
- Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday 7:00am to 3:30pm
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong problem-solving organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and flexible to shifting priorities
- Willing to assist in various areas
- Team-oriented with proactive approach and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the local community preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must meet local alcohol service requirements and obtain food handler permits within two weeks of hire

Job Duties
- Deliver an elevated first impression by greeting residents families and guests
- Provide valet parking services
- Offer excellent phone service
- Anticipate needs to create a seamless high-touch experience throughout the community
- Coordinate transportation
- Maintain accurate records
- Manage guest-suite reservations
- Assist with room-service requests
- Support dining during peak times
- Assist with event set-up
- Deliver responsible alcohol service
- Attend team meetings
- Collaborate to enhance resident experiences
- Support key community initiatives
- Manage office supply inventory
- Serve as a training partner for new Concierges on later shifts
- Provide leadership coverage when Managers are unavailable
- Respond quickly to emergencies
- Monitor call systems
- Coordinate with emergency services
- Guide residents through emergency procedures and severe weather situations
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas
- Ensure building security by locking and unlocking exterior doors at designated times
- Welcome new residents and guide them through the orientation process for a smooth transition into the community
