Job Requirements
- High school graduate or higher preferred
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment
- Previous experience managing a team
- Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift boxes and packages up to 60 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, and stretch
- Ability to climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times daily
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and manage disputes
- Knowledge of health and safety policies
- Ability to train new staff
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties
- Supervise all cleaning staff focusing on performance in terms of cleanliness standards and behavior on duty
- Possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and listening
- Exhibit good interpersonal attributes and approachability
- Organize and coordinate staff activities effectively
- Ensure best-in-class cleaning service is delivered to all worksite areas
- Review work schedules regularly
- Keep track of inventory and order cleaning materials, supplies, and equipment
- Monitor all cleaning activities
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Quickly resolve disputes between staff
- Train new employees
- Fill in and perform general cleaning as needed
- Communicate regularly with management
- Resolve complaints and conflicts
- Discipline and reward employees
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Conduct worksite inspections
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
