The role of Lead at ABM is an essential supervisory position responsible for ensuring that all facility operations adhere strictly to company policies and procedures. This position involves overseeing daily operations by delegating tasks and providing clear guidance to team members, including stepping in to provide supervision when management is absent. This role is particularly well-suited for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce with limited experience or education, as well as veterans and candidates with military backgrounds who are encouraged to apply. The Lead is expected to manage keys and access cards securely, report any damaged or non-functional equipment, prepare work schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
