ABM prides itself on being an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to diversity and inclusion, providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, and actively supporting military veterans with career opportunities and world-class training programs.

This Lead role at ABM is a critical position responsible for overseeing daily facility operations to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. The role also requires managing client communications, monitoring work quality, maintaining access keys and cards, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals entering or returning to the workforce and does not require a high school diploma or college degree, making it an accessible starting point for career development. ABM values leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to provide training and direction to new hires based on established onboarding procedures. The Lead is expected to maintain thorough documentation, manage supply inventories, and uphold the overall quality of janitorial and facility services.
