This full-time position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM, at an hourly rate of $17.00, with pay varying based on education, experience, skills, geographic location, and overall market data. The role is well-suited for individuals entering or returning to the workforce seeking steady employment with strong training and career advancement opportunities in a respected and stable company. As a leader on the frontline, the Bilingual Lead Cleaner also takes initiative in managing supplies, ensuring proper equipment use, preparing work schedules, communicating effectively between field employees and management, and assisting with employee onboarding and training. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
