The Lead is responsible for operating specialized equipment and handling cleaning chemicals safely while also supporting general janitorial duties as needed. Their leadership extends to managing communication between field employees and management, monitoring client communications, and assisting in creating work schedules. They also oversee the security of keys and access cards for the property and report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to maintain operational efficiency. Additionally, the Lead ensures the quality of completed work by confirming tasks with the Area Manager and provides training for new hires in alignment with onboarding procedures.
