Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to follow assigned work schedules and instructions
- Capability to operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
- Physical ability to perform janitorial duties
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 9:00pm
- Ability to manage keys and access cards responsibly
Job Qualifications
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- One year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate specialized cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols regarding cleaning chemicals
- Ability to train and guide team members
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree not required but beneficial
Job Duties
- Follow assigned work schedules and route cards
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Communicate openly between field employees and management
- Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
- Take care of keys and access cards
- Report damaged or broken items
- Oversee and perform additional service requests
- Confirm job quality with Area Manager
- Provide training for new hires
- Complete and validate time records
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
