This role is for a Lead position responsible for ensuring that all facility operations align strictly with company policies and procedures while maintaining efficient day-to-day activities. The Lead coordinates operations by delegating job assignments and delivering guidance to team members, acting as the key supervisory presence at the assigned location when the Manager is not available. This position plays a critical role in demonstrating and upholding established building and facility standards aimed at keeping the environment clean, safe, and functional for both workers and customers. The Lead also handles operating specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals while supporting general janitorial duties as necessary. The shift availability for this role is Tuesday through Saturday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, offering a competitive hourly wage of $18.81. The exact pay rate within this range will depend on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with current market conditions.
