Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree not required
- Ability to follow assigned work schedules and route cards
- Willingness to perform janitorial duties
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Ability to provide leadership and direction to team members
- Capability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
Job Qualifications
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- One year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Delegate daily job assignments and provide guidance
- Supervise facility operations in manager's absence
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations
- Monitor and document client communications
- Provide training for new hires
- Assist with scheduling and work assignments
- Manage keys and access cards
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- Report damages and maintenance needs
- Ensure quality and completion of jobs
- Perform miscellaneous janitorial duties as assigned
