The Lead Chef/Dietary Supervisor position at Assumption Village is a key leadership role that combines culinary expertise with supervisory responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be both an accomplished chef and an effective manager, responsible for menu planning, food preparation, personnel management, and supply ordering to ensure a seamless kitchen operation.
This position demands a hands-on approach where the Lead Chef actively participates in meal preparation, menu development, and oversees every stage of service and cleanup. Equally important is the supervisory component, which includes hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating dietary staff to maintain a high operational standard.
