Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- 1-2 years experience in cash handling
- 1-2 years experience in supervisory skills
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service
- Requires mathematical ability for proper cash handling
- Ability to perform stock/inventory duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully completes all training including Dunkin' Donuts Online University requirements, basic restaurant training, and Human Resource Training
- On the job training provided by the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- 1-2 years experience in cash handling
- 1-2 years experience in supervisory skills
- Requires mathematical ability for proper cash handling
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service
- Ability to perform stock/inventory duties
Job Duties
- Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency
- Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience
- Adhere to brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest
- Maintain a clean and neat workstation
- Complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- Complete all required training and support the training of other team members
- Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
- Comply with all restaurant policies
- In the absence of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, provide minimal supervision of crew members and assign duties for a shift
- Ensure that the store is operating according to company policies/procedures and standards
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in processing the daily paperwork and bank deposit procedures
- Effectively execute and promote restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Assist with training new crew members and staff on food preparation, cash handling, and other company policies and procedures
- Communicate with team members and provide direction on food and drink orders
- Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- Check in new product in a timely manner
- Provide quality customer service by greeting each customer promptly
- Perform food preparation
- Follow security and safety policies/procedures
- Assist in the processing of daily paperwork
- Assist in conducting inventory, placing orders, and processing merchandise received
- Attend store meetings and training classes
- Check in new merchandise in a timely manner
- Perform stocking and/or pricing duties
- Clean food service equipment as needed
- Perform miscellaneous housekeeping duties
- Assist in covering other locations as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
