The LEAD CASHIER position at FISD Westminster Augusta location is a vital role focused on maintaining excellent guest services and ensuring seamless transactional processes at the point of sale (PoS). This is a full-time role with a work schedule from Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, offering a pay range between $12.00 and $15.00 per hour. The lead cashier will be responsible for expediting guest transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include controlling all cash and media materials, overseeing guest returns, exchanges, and other transactions, and supporting loss-prevention efforts. The role demands solid knowledge of company policies, strict adherence to procedures, and active supervision of cashier staff productivity, scheduling, and breaks. Additional duties include helping in training cashiers, preparing daily deposits, managing front-end supplies, and occasionally covering cashier shifts when needed.
