Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to continuously move throughout the store, including twisting, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, and reaching

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
- Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging them, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
- Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events to drive sales and guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates
- Complete register open and close functions and associate exit inspections as directed
