Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years of age
Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand and move throughout the store during shift
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Commitment to applying company policies and dress code

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent
Proficient with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Demonstrated knowledge of guest service and sales

Job Duties

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, guest loyalty, and shrink goals
Provide exceptional guest service including greeting, personalizing service, and recommending products
Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
Support makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
Book appointments and support in-store events
Maintain cashwrap cleanliness and product displays
Assist in training and cross-training cashiers
Participate in cashier chat ins and chat outs and associate exit inspections
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and operational standards
Execute register open and close functions as directed
Protect company assets and minimize loss by following safety and inventory control standards
