Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma preferred
- minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- strong knowledge and passion for guest service and sales
- demonstrated experience in training new employees
- proficient with point of sale systems and Apple devices
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink
- provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
- handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- book appointments and support in-store events execution
- take ownership of cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- support leadership by completing cashier chat ins/outs and associate exit inspections
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of the cashwrap and store areas
- protect company assets and minimize loss according to store standards
- regularly participate in ongoing training and collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
