Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- continuous mobility during shifts
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- two years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail and service sales goals including omni-channel and guest loyalty
- ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending products
- handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges courteously
- support makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with associates
- book appointments and support in-store event execution
- maintain cashwrap displays and supplies for guest readiness
- assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates
- support leadership with register open and close functions, cashier chats, and associate exit inspections
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code
- maintain store cleanliness and protect company assets by adhering to loss prevention and safety standards
- participate in ongoing training and collaborate with store managers and associates to drive business growth
