Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination
- Proficient with POS systems and basic technology
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand and move continuously during shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Commitment to upholding company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling
- Experience addressing guests' concerns promptly and professionally
- Experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and retail shrink
- Ensure exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service and recommending products and/or services
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events
- Take ownership of replenishment, organization and maintenance of cashwrap displays and supplies
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- Complete register open and close functions as directed
- Maintain store cleanliness and standards throughout
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and dress code
- Protect company assets and minimize loss by meeting operating procedures
- Regularly participate in ongoing training and collaborate with store managers and associates to grow business
