Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently
- Capability to bend, stoop, twist, reach and move throughout the store continuously
- Must comply with Ulta Beauty's dress code
- Continuously maintain punctual attendance
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Strong knowledge and passion for guest service and sales
- Experience in training new hires
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to adapt and respond under pressure
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, omni-channel and loyalty goals
- Ensure exceptional guest service through personalized engagement and product recommendations
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges with accuracy
- Support the execution of services and in-store events to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and area cleanliness
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and security standards
