The Lead Cashier position at Ulta Beauty plays a critical role in delivering efficient and exceptional guest service at the cashwrap. This role involves overseeing the guest transaction process and maintaining the standards of cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics at the point of sale. The Lead Cashier assists in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates, demonstrating leadership through collaboration and positive influence among peers. The individual in this role drives store loyalty results by focusing on sales performance, superior guest experiences, and the promotion of loyalty programs, including credit offerings.
In addition to supporting the leadership team by performing open and close register functions and conducting cashier chat in/outs, the Lead Cashier is responsible for associate exit inspections and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role demands a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences, attention to operational excellence, and a commitment to achieving sales and loyalty goals. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
