Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel sales, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and personalizing service to their needs
  • Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
  • Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
  • Book appointments and support in-store events and services
  • Maintain the organization and replenishment of cashwrap displays and supplies
  • Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates
  • Support leadership with cashier check-in and check-out, associate exit inspections, and register open and close functions
  • Adhere to company policies including dress code and safety standards
  • Maintain store cleanliness and asset protection
  • Participate in ongoing brand and category education
  • Collaborate with store managers and associates to grow the business
  • Promote guest loyalty programs and create excitement about credit and loyalty goals
  • Drive cashier accountability and ensure compliance with operating procedures
