Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old to hold Lead Cashier role
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum of two years relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • Physical ability to continuously move throughout the store, bend, pull, push, crouch, stoop, twist, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Adherence to dress code
  • Ability to follow compliance, safety, and loss prevention policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
  • Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
  • Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
  • Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
  • Book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events
  • Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness
  • Support leadership with register open and close functions, associate exit inspections, and cashier chat ins/outs
