Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old to hold Lead Cashier role
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum of two years relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Physical ability to continuously move throughout the store, bend, pull, push, crouch, stoop, twist, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Adherence to dress code
- Ability to follow compliance, safety, and loss prevention policies

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
- Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events
- Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness
- Support leadership with register open and close functions, associate exit inspections, and cashier chat ins/outs
