Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma preferred
- minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem solve
- demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service
- competency in selling
- experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- successful track record in exceeding sales goals
- experience in training new hires
- proficiency with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
- ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
- handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare, and product demos to enhance sales and service experience
- book appointments and support in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- maintain replenishment, organization, and aesthetics of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures
- support leadership with register open and close functions, cashier chats, and associate exit inspections
- train new cashiers and cross-train associates
- promote guest loyalty program and drive credit and loyalty goals
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code
- protect company assets and minimize loss
- maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
