Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Continuous mobility throughout the store
- Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- Frequent lifting and moving up to 25 lbs
- Ability to coordinate and manipulate objects continuously

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and sales
- Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- Experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt flexibly
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
- Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment and personalized service
- Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Book appointments for and support the execution of in-store services and events that drive sales goals
- Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates in cashiering
- Complete register open and close functions as directed, ensuring compliance with company policies
