Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent
  • Proficiency with point of sale systems and Apple devices
  • Ability to stand and move continuously during shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest concerns promptly and professionally

  • Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging them
  • Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
  • Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
  • Complete register open and close functions as directed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashwrap and impulse displays
  • Promote and share the benefits of the Ulta Beauty loyalty program and credit offerings
  • Support leadership with cashier chat ins/outs and associate exit inspections
