Ulta Beauty combines both brick-and-mortar stores and an online presence to deliver an inclusive beauty experience to millions of beauty enthusiasts. Each store features full-service salons offering hair, skin, brow, and makeup services, making Ulta Beauty a comprehensive beauty destination. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion in its hiring practices, ensuring opportunities are available to all qualified applicants in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

The role of Lead Cashier at Ulta Beauty is a critical position focused on enhancing the guest transaction experience and upholding high standards of cashwrap maintenance. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service, a background in cashiering, and the ability to lead and influence others effectively. The Lead Cashier is responsible for ensuring transactions are executed efficiently while providing exceptional service that aligns with Ulta Beauty's commitment to excellence. This sales-driven position focuses on meeting and surpassing financial and service goals, improving guest satisfaction, and supporting store-wide performance. The Lead Cashier must maintain knowledge of current beauty trends and products, equipping themselves to serve customers with expertise and enthusiasm. The position requires flexible scheduling including availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings. It also demands physical stamina due to continuous movement, frequent bending, lifting, and coordination required throughout the shift.

Compensation for this role ranges between $17.50 and $26.00 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, location, and shift. Full-time employees have access to a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, while part-time employees qualify for dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
