Job Requirements
- Three or more years bartending experience
- one year management experience in a full-service bar
- ability to pass a background check
- food manager's license or ability to attain one
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- flexible availability including working until midnight five nights a week
- based in or commutable distance to Washington DC
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years bartending experience
- one year management experience in a full-service bar
- strong knowledge of craft cocktail procedures
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of Excel
- ability to pass a background check
- food manager's license or ability to attain one
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- flexible availability including working until midnight five nights a week
Job Duties
- Bartend and manage bar shifts
- maintain responsibility for closing the space
- hold oneself and fellow bartenders accountable to standard and procedure
- oversee daily bar setup and ensure proper procedure
- take inventory of produce and supplies
- review and communicate daily exhibit schedule to bartenders
- ensure cleanliness and organization of bar after closing
- supervise closing and be the last to leave the building
