- Previous experience as a lead bartender or 3+ years of bartending experience
- must be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Permit/certification
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment
- able to comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a lead bartender or 3+ years of bartending experience
- must hold or be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Permit/certification (RV Bar Card) within 45 days of hire
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
Job Duties
- Maintain and oversee proper and adequate set-up of the bar operations
- requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily projections
- maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily to ensure product quality
- greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document drink orders
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes with prudent portion control
- abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- input orders into register at point of sale and create checks for guests including those served by other beverage servers
- receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed to balance all monies
- lock up and store all beverage, food, and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
- comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
- perform any other job-related duties as assigned
