Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a lead bartender or 3+ years of bartending experience
  • must be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Permit/certification
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment
  • able to comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a lead bartender or 3+ years of bartending experience
  • must hold or be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Permit/certification (RV Bar Card) within 45 days of hire
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and team collaboration abilities

Job Duties

  • Maintain and oversee proper and adequate set-up of the bar operations
  • requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily projections
  • maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document drink orders
  • mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes with prudent portion control
  • abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
  • input orders into register at point of sale and create checks for guests including those served by other beverage servers
  • receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed to balance all monies
  • lock up and store all beverage, food, and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
  • comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
  • perform any other job-related duties as assigned
