Job Description
Trilogy Bickford Ranch is a distinguished community situated within the Bickford Master Plan, located just east of Lincoln in Northern California. This 55-plus community offers a serene and picturesque setting in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. At the heart of this vibrant neighborhood is The Ridge Wellness Social Club, a social hub designed to provide residents with an array of lifestyle amenities. The club is perched high on a scenic ridge, providing stunning views of the surrounding landscape and including facilities such as a resort pool, a restaurant, and versatile indoor and outdoor venues for socializing, fitness, and other activities. It is a place where residents and guests can come together to enjoy community events, wellness programs, and a welcoming atmosphere that enhances their living experience.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lead Bartender to join The Ridge Wellness Social Club’s team. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive hourly pay of $20. The Lead Bartender will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar, within the restaurant, or on the patio, consistently upholding the company’s high standards. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Lead Bartender is entrusted with leadership responsibilities and works collaboratively with the management team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the bar and related food and beverage functions.
The role of Lead Bartender requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and a strong customer-service orientation. Key duties involve greeting guests warmly, taking beverage and food orders accurately, preparing a wide variety of drinks including mixed cocktails, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations related to alcohol service. The Lead Bartender will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy, and managing inventory and ordering supplies to meet operational needs. Additionally, the Lead Bartender must foster a positive and motivated work environment by training staff, overseeing shift timings, and participating in educational opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, social, and customer-centric environment where attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality are highly valued. Eligible employees working 30 hours or more per week may participate in the Company’s medical, dental, and life insurance plans, and accrue paid time off and holidays. The Lead Bartender position also offers involvement in unique Food & Beverage events, including corporate parties and weddings, showcasing the ability to work on diverse functions and enhance guest experiences in creative ways.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives under pressure, possesses excellent team leadership skills, and aligns with the company's core values of honesty and integrity, respect for individuals, teamwork, and competitive spirit. If you are enthusiastic about creating memorable guest experiences and leading a team in a quality-focused hospitality setting, this role represents a rewarding career opportunity at Trilogy Bickford Ranch.
