This community is designed to provide residents with a cohesive and vibrant lifestyle focused on wellness, social interaction, and active living. The centerpiece of the community is The Ridge Wellness Social Club, a social hub perched high on a ridge offering stunning panoramic views. This exclusive club features a variety of high-end amenities including a resort-style pool, a fine dining restaurant, and versatile indoor and outdoor venues. As a lively and evolving destination within Trilogy Bickford Ranch, The Ridge Wellness Social Club aims to set the standard for hospitality and community engagement. With its state-of-the-art facilities and beautifully curated environment, it strives to create a welcoming atmosphere where residents can enjoy premium amenities tailored to their active lifestyle.

The Lead Bartender position at Trilogy Bickford Ranch is a vital role within the Food & Beverage department, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. The Lead Bartender must be knowledgeable about the resort’s amenities, anticipate guest needs, and provide exceptional hospitality with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role requires maintaining compliance with all legal regulations regarding alcohol service and health codes. It also involves inventory management, cash handling, and overseeing bar setups for banquets and special events such as corporate parties and weddings.

The work environment includes indoor restaurant settings with occasional outdoor work on the patio or event locations, sometimes exposed to varying weather conditions and native wildlife common to the area. Trilogy Bickford Ranch prioritizes the safety and well-being of its team and customers, offering full benefits packages for eligible employees including medical, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) plan.
