Job Requirements
- 3+ years of bartending experience
- At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Excellent leadership skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current alcohol service certification
- Ability to maintain compliance with safety regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and train bar staff in service standards, recipes, and guest engagement
- Develop and maintain cocktail and beverage menus that complement our steakhouse offerings
- Ensure proper inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- Uphold all alcohol service laws and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Work closely with management to plan seasonal promotions, tastings, and events
- Deliver outstanding guest service with professionalism and personality
