Job Requirements

  • Experience with POS system and prior banquet bar experience
  • flexible availability including Monday to Friday, weekends, holidays and evening shifts
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain excellent customer service
  • ability to monitor guest alcohol consumption and handle service responsibly

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience
  • experience with POS system

Job Duties

  • Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages
  • promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues
  • set up bar and back bar according to established procedures
  • monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
  • verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock
