Job Requirements
- Experience with POS system and prior banquet bar experience
- flexible availability including Monday to Friday, weekends, holidays and evening shifts
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain excellent customer service
- ability to monitor guest alcohol consumption and handle service responsibly

Job Duties
- Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages
- promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues
- set up bar and back bar according to established procedures
- monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
- verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock
