The role of Lead Barista (Coffee + Ice Cream) is a pivotal leadership position designed for someone enthusiastic about coffee, ice cream, and creating engaging, positive interactions. This full-time opportunity involves leading shifts by example, managing team dynamics, and supporting daily operations to ensure seamless service. The Lead Barista is responsible for guiding team members, providing coaching, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting space where both employees and guests feel comfortable and motivated.   • current food handler's card preferred
  • prior cashier experience a plus
