Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts
- Fill scheduling gaps when able being flexible and responsive to store needs
- Lead by example with purposeful and energetic work approach
- Support and assist colleagues consistently setting a positive example
- Provide cheerful and helpful customer service
- Coach baristas in drink making and food preparation skills
- Ensure compelling product presentation and cleanliness standards
- Monitor speed of service and register accuracy coaching baristas
- Guide proper receiving unpacking and stocking following FIFO
- Support cleaning tasks and maintain safe secure bookstore
- Place accurate timely food and beverage orders
- Complete accurate monthly inventory and waste logs
- Encourage team to deliver effective food and beverage recommendations
- Lead café focus on sales objectives and promotions
- Use café training tools to develop barista skills
- Ensure compliance with café safety hygiene and sanitation guidelines
