Job Requirements
- Previous lead barista experience
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- ability to handle food according to HACCP guidelines
- ability to operate POS devices
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- capacity to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Previous lead barista experience
- knowledge of espresso and coffee preparation techniques
- familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety guidelines
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to operate POS systems
- strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enter orders accurately into POS device
- accept cash and charge payments
- replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
