Job Requirements

  • Previous lead barista experience
  • ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • ability to handle food according to HACCP guidelines
  • ability to operate POS devices
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • capacity to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Previous lead barista experience
  • knowledge of espresso and coffee preparation techniques
  • familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety guidelines
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to operate POS systems
  • strong leadership and team coordination capabilities

Job Duties

  • Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
  • enter orders accurately into POS device
  • accept cash and charge payments
  • replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
  • ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
  • maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
  • greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
