The Lead Barista role at Sodexo, based at the UMASS MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER - MEMORIAL CAMPUS, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about crafting high-quality artisan beverages and providing outstanding customer service. This full-time position, with a competitive pay range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, focuses on creating a positive impact through daily interactions and craftsmanship. The job includes greeting guests, taking orders, preparing beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, tea, chai, and fruit smoothies, and also handling cash register operations. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the work areas, including coffee machines, restaurant sections, bathrooms, and preparation zones, will be part of your responsibilities.
