The position is based at OKANA Resort and Indoor WaterPark in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. OKANA Resort is located along the scenic Oklahoma River in the vibrant Horizons District near downtown Oklahoma City. This resort offers a dynamic indoor waterpark, over 400 well-appointed guest rooms and suites including premium riverfront accommodations, multiple dining options, and expansive meeting and event spaces covering 30,000 square feet. The role available is for a Part-Time Team Lead within the Food & Beverage department, offering an hourly wage range of $14.00 to $16.00. The Team Lead is critical in overseeing daily team operations, ensuring service excellence, and supporting departmental goals. This leadership position involves providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members while maintaining productivity, quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. The Team Lead acts as the primary liaison between frontline staff and management, facilitating smooth operations and fostering a positive, professional workplace.

Job Requirements

- minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum 2 years of supervisory, leadership, or related operational experience
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems as applicable
- ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties as required by the department
