Your responsibilities include greeting customers, taking and preparing beverage orders such as coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and specialty fruit blends, as well as operating cash registers and managing transactions. You will also ensure that all work areas, including preparation and serving spaces, remain clean, organized, and welcoming.

Beyond the technical skills of beverage preparation and cash handling, the Lead Barista will play a vital role in creating a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture. This involves attending all scheduled shifts punctually, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting team members and customers alike. Previous experience in customer service, food preparation, and inventory control is preferred, and some locations may require Starbucks Barista certification.
