The Lead Barista role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our café. Reporting directly to management, the Lead Barista acts as a shift supervisor, guiding and motivating the team during assigned shifts to maintain the highest standards of customer service, product quality, and store cleanliness. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop, café, or similar hospitality setting
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver excellent customer service and consistent drink quality
- Open and/or close the store, following proper cash handling and security procedures
- Train and coach new and existing team members on recipes, service standards, and operational tasks
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the café and work areas
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and communicate supply needs to management
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Support store goals by driving efficiency, teamwork, and a positive culture
