Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop, café, or similar hospitality setting
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and punctuality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example and foster teamwork
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed
  • Passion for coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver excellent customer service and consistent drink quality
  • Open and/or close the store, following proper cash handling and security procedures
  • Train and coach new and existing team members on recipes, service standards, and operational tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the café and work areas
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and communicate supply needs to management
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
  • Support store goals by driving efficiency, teamwork, and a positive culture
