Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages consistently and efficiently
- demonstrate expertise in coffee brewing techniques and educate team members on best practices
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee station
- assist with training new baristas on proper machine operation and drink preparation
- ensure all equipment is well-maintained and report any issues promptly
- engage graciously with guests to provide an excellent coffee experience
- support the team by fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
