Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of relevant food service experience preferably in healthcare
- CRT-ServSafe Manager certification within 90 days
- CRT-ServSafe Allergen certification within 90 days
Job Qualifications

- Associate's Degree in Hospitality or Nutrition preferred
- One year of relevant leadership experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain shift accountability for Nutrition Services
- Monitor delivery of high quality food and nutritional services
- Produce intricate beverage recipes from complex ingredients
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor new staff
- Oversee day-end cash out and deposits
- Apply reasonable judgment in policies and procedures interpretation
